I sent in a Chrysler body module for rebuilding in Oct 2014. It came with a lifetime warranty but failed the following April. Daryl (Manager) told me to send it back which I did. A week later I called and they said there was nothing wrong with it and to check for problems on the vehicle and they would send the module back with the test procedures but there were no procedures. Two more calls yielded nothing. I believe the module failed and they do not want to honor their warranty.
