I sent a Power Control Module unit (PCM) for a 2002 Chrysler Town and Country Mini Van, to be repaired on June 6th, 2014. After weeks of waiting and the unit sent back and forth, we finally got it back with the same damage caused by them. AES tried to say the US Postal Service damaged the unit, But if that were the case  the chipped off parts would be in the box it was shipped in. It was not. Then AES said they tested it and it worked fine. But again the chipped off parts that were missing will get moisture inside the module causing more problems. Logically AES needs to replace the damaged unit. The Chrysler dealership would not install the damaged PCM. AES would not refund my money. I'm stuck with a damaged module. Now what?  

The experience with these people were the worst ever. Instead of correcting their mistake they tried to convience me that it was fine and the module had a life time warranty. Again, if that was the case, Why didn't they Fix it right the first time or replace the unit to begin with. AES also tried to convience us into buying one of their units, of course at an extra price. RIP OFF! Stay away from AES! Do not believe what you see on their web site, or hear on the phone. Our case is pending, and we might have to reported AES to the Florida consumer services  agency. 

Thanks AES you have ruined our kids summer  vacation have no vehicle until we get it done right, too bad.
