On the outside Mr Smith makes it all look very rosy and infaillable, but don't be fooled. I am one of many "partners" past and present to have fallen into this trap. Very few survive. Some 3 months into the scheme I was forced to take out a loan to help as a make or brake situation to me get through the year and my current relationship has also failed following financial arguments and serious dpression... This was BEFORE I realised so many othere "partners" felt the same way. Some are being persued by the courts and have Debt collectors come to their family homes, whilst one is even being filed by the company for bankrupcy. The fact is there are more and more companies making REDUNDANCIES. Let alone recruiting. Therefore ALL THE SKILLED PEOPLE ARE ALREADY ON THE OPEN MARKET! AES recruitment, although claimed and led to beleive otherwise, has NO USP'S as most recruitement firms actually operate the same way and you will find yourself doing nothing but a telesales and admin role... with NO success. I have noticed on www.moneysavingexpert.com AES is also listed. Please check it out. AES are actively sending e-mails every 6 months targeting every innocent or desperate soul who has registered on their database looking for a job in the last 20 years. My advice to anyone is ask to be removed from their database and they cannot contact you further. What is happening at the moment is cruel. Once a partner has signed their contract they find themselves IN COMPETITION with every other partner and their own established workforce (of about 5) as you are not allowed to target a customer in use by someone else. Basically, you will be working with over 30 COMPETITORS, UNABLE TO COMPETE. In this financial climate especially IT IS SUICIDE. So many have signed up and dissapeared into oblivion. But what is in it for AES? 10, 000 of your money, spread throughout the year which pay for their own licesnces, AND your administrative work to populate thier database further. NOT FORGETTING CONTRIBUTION TO THEIR BIG FAT PENSIONS very shortly! PLEASE BE WARNED.
