I began repairing my credit in 2009. I had a student loan with wells fargo and AES suggested to have my student loan renewed through this program which took about 750.00 up front. (a 2,000.00 loan). And promissed me that after 9 months my credit report would be as if I had never defaulted. I have been paying since then and the balance is still reflecting 2400.00. I dont know where the huge payment to start this went, or where my payments have gone but they clearly have not been applied to the loan. it is supposed to be 3.5%. I think they mayu have charged 25% for sometime. But I can get no answers from anyone about why the negative information remains on my credit report and almost 3 years of payments of at least 2000.00 has vanished. I never get a statment nor was I ever given any documentation about what I would be paying and for how long. I stopped payment on these automatic payments until this can be resolved and I can get a full acounting of every penny I have given for this rip off program.
