I too have a complaint about Aesthetic Solutions in Red Deer, AB. I wish I would have done my research and found out about their shady practices before I went for cosmetic lasers. 
I had Affirm and XPL done by Lynette Curr. Marianne Badenhorst assured me she is/was well qualified and that no scarring or anything bad could happen. 
As a result of these procedures I have DNA and nerve damage (for which I have just finished 4 wks of very expensive Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatments to try and fix, to no avail), thermal cellular injury, burns, rolling, boxcar, ice-pick, atrophic and hypertrophic scarring. As well as irreversible chromosomal damage, active thermal bystander effect, fibroblast and elastin damage, cellular necrosis/apoptosis that has extended  from the epidermis into the papillary and reticular dermis, melasma, nose bleeds, pain in my facial bones, hypo-pigmentation, eyebrow, eyelash and hair loss, ringing in ears, chronically dry eyes and blurred vision, chronically dry skin on my face, itchy skin and so many other  disheartening things! I have been diagnosed by my GP, dermatologist and a specialist.
In no way was I told that these things would happen...nothing about scarring or burns or nerve damage, etc. 
That's not to mention what it has done to me mentally and emotionally! I no longer leave my house unless I absolutely have to see my doctor and I have groceries delivered.
I have been trying to find a plastic surgeon to see if there is anything that can be done. I found Dr. Kirsten Westburg in Red Deer, but she refuses to try to fix their mess because she is in league with Aesthetic Solutions as she sends patients to them for lasers! 
The only plastic surgeon that has been willing to try to fix the extensive damage is a Dr. Nathan Newman in California, but at $20,000 it doesn't look like I'll be getting any help any time soon. Please heed my warning...I advise, from my own experience, do not go to Aesthetic Solutions in Red Deer, you will regret it and more!!!
