Due to their relentless attacks on our character, we have finally made a decision to disclose our side of the story, publicly.

Aetertek (Dog Training Systems)  is a Chinese company that produces dog training collars, run by Jason Lau (Yun Bing Liu) and registered in China under the name Shenzhen Elite-Tek Technology, LTD, and Shenzhen Aetertek Technology Co,. They are the same products, same factory, now being sold under a different brand name. By doing a search on the dog training systems coming from his factory, ET-9868, ET-9888, and ET9898, you can see review after review of poor quality, workmanship issues and customer dissatisfaction. It is reasonable to be cautious that Jason will eventually abandon Aetertek warranties, just has he has done with Elite-Tek.

We repeatedly encouraged and made suggestions to the factory (Jason) in order to fix these quality problems, but we were considered 'trouble makers' (by Jason's own words) and had to implement our own quality control procedures to eliminate the systems with defects coming from the factory directly, which was upwards of 10%, right out of the box.  As we are now realizing, there is also a high failure rate on systems after several months. Apparently Jason has realized too, as he has stopped honoring the warranty on these systems. According to the manual included in EVERY system coming from his factory, he 'warrants to the original retail purchaser (the customer)' that the system will be free from manufacturer defect or quality issues. Additionally, he has included his contact information for warranty and parts, but now refuses to respond to those emails. He blames his alleged legal proceedings with us as cause to ignore the warranty he stated, in writing, as a guarantee to the customer of his product.

The fact is, regardless of whatever litigation Jason may feel he is going to engage in with us, he has a responsibility to the customer for the products that he manufactured, and warrantied in writing.  Because he hides in China, he gets away with what he has done. For now.  We will be working with the FTC and the Chinese government to do as much as we can legally to ensure that he is held accountable for breach of warranty- which we can prove.

Jason Lau is a liar, a bully and a dishonest business man. Wendall Sia, the U.S. distributor for Jason's products, is apparently not smart enough to get the whole story before making himself legally accountable for lawsuits and counter-suits. The day is coming when we will be the ones filing the lawsuits.

After establishing OUR brand name of Elite-Tek here in the United States, Jason attempted to steal the brand from us, and manipulate us out of the business. Wendall Sia, knowingly and repeatedly stole pictures, text, ideas and marketing strategies from us, making him not only a low-class internet data thief, but guilty of copyright infringement for using images created by us, and therefore protected. In fact, he is still, as of this date, in violation of copyright infringing material placed on his website, which we have documented and will be able to prove.

Over the last several years, Jason made agreements to us that he never kept,  and intentionally mislead us into building a reputation for his products based on promises and a partnership that he repeatedly failed to honor.  We feel that Jason used us, and attempted to walk away with the benefits of our marketing abilities.

It is our opinion that Jason's plan was to eliminate our share of the market by pushing us out, and abandoning us along with the Elite-Tek brand, by discontinuing us as a partner for his product. In fact, we have his written admission in his own words that he had no loyalty to the Elite-Tek name and had plans to abandon it in early 2011.

After 2 years of being the driving force and the ONLY MARKETER for his products in the United States (using our Elite-Tek name), a large market had been established for his systems. At that point, we have concluded  that he realized that his situation no longer required us.  He attempted to manipulate us, yet again, by allowing (without our agreement) other distributors in the United States to sell Elite-Tek products, promising that they would not be in direct competition with us. When we flatly disagreed that it was fair, or in agreement with our partnership terms, we feel that he realized that he needed to get rid of us, and Elite-Tek. The problem for him, however, was that we sold the largest portion of what his factory produced, so he was dependent on us.

It was at that time we began to consult legal advice for a strategy on our marketing and brand rights.

It was not difficult to see that Jason's plan was to continue on with a new brand and his new distributors since the reputation for his products was established. In fact, he is still working with his partners who had been illegally using our marketing, images, ideas and brand- despite our repeated demands that they stop doing so. It is our opinion that the only reason Jason is threatening us with with lawsuits and cancellation of trademark is to harass and destroy our business, his direct competition. We have his repeated threats, in writing, of his intention to do so if we do not give him the Elite-Tek name.  Legally, there is no way for him to gain any right to our Elite-Tek name in the United States, which he realized in 2011 when he began making plans to subvert us.

Because of that, we had to begin to defend ourselves legally, starting with the Trademarking of our brand name Elite-Tek. We have all necessary documentation to prove that our partnership was one sided, based on our hard work and efforts countered by Jason and Wendall's conspiracy, theft and usury, which we can and will prove.

Fortunately, the United States is not China. When or if Jason follows through with his threats to file for a cancellation of the trademark here in the United States, we are confident he will lose.  But the reality is, we are prepared for Jason to lie all the way through the proceedings. Why would he have any regard for U.S. law? Who will do anything to him, hiding in China, if he lies and provides false information? We are prepared for his deceptive actions. It is no surprise to us, this is the way Jason has always done business. He has clearly given his attorney nothing but false information so far.

However, when the truth comes out, it will be our company that is left standing, with lawsuits for damages (for libel including defamatory remarks regarding Billion Johnston and the Elite-Tek brand) against Wendall Sia, dogwidgetsforless and Aetertek, which we will collect on. To date, several of Wen's websites are still in violation of copyright infringing material by using our Elite-Tek images on his website to promote Aetertek systems, which we have documented and will eventually deal with in court. Additionally, we have complaints against Jason's factory in China, breach of contract, and trademark fraud in China based on our trademark in the U.S., which we will follow through with.

We have remained silent, as they have attacked our character. However, we feel that their childish lies are not only transparent, but easily refuted with documentation, and proof. We will gladly see them in court.

The Truth. The U.S. Trademark Board's Final Decision

AUTHOR: Billion - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 06, 2016

It has taken a while, but The United States Patent and Trademark Office has issued a judgment in the case 92055408.

After years of testimony and many pages of evidence, as of April 2016, the Board states "Petitioner has failed to submit any evidence to support its claims", "the petition to cancel is dismissed with prejudice".  Which means that my company has proven it is the rightful owner of the trademark in question, and their harassing attempt to steal it from me was unsuccessful.

I submit to this report that all of their other malicious claims are likewise unfounded.

Consequently, I certainly hope you have FCC clearance on your items. We just filed a complain against Aetertek today. Those shipments will be checked at the border soon.

Stop blaming others, start following the laws in the United States, and get your act together.

IF WENDELL SIA CANNOT DO BUSINESS UNLESS HE USES OTHERS IDEAS

AUTHOR: Elite-Tek - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 04, 2012

We can prove that the manufacturer (YOUR supplier) has illegally breached warranty contracts on his products in the past, repeatedly.
We can prove that your statements regarding us are baseless, defamatory and libelous.
We can prove that we are the rightful owners of Elite-Tek, and that you and Jason (the manufacturer) are the ones who have to deceive your customers, competition and partners to make a dollar.
We can prove that you are currently stealing and illegally using images that were created, and therefore copyrighted by us, making you guilty of infringement- yet again.

Lies, lies and more lies from Billion Johnston

AUTHOR: Wendell Sia - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 04, 2012

Billion Johnston's accusations against Jason Lau and me are untrue and is just a smear campaign to deceive the public from him and destroy our livelihood.   He would have sued us by now if he has a real case against us except he's the one being sued by Jason for perjury, unfair business practice and intellectual property theft.

What else can I say about Billion Johnston?  Billion is a greedy crook and has lost his credibility as a businessman and as a person when he fraudulently claimed the Elite-Tek brand from the actual owner Jason Lau from China.  He thinks he is a king and can do anything he wants and is above the rule of law.   He has the talent and skills that will twist the truth and makes it look like he's the victim of this case when in fact he did all the mess to himself.  He will make the true story as lies and his lies as the truth.

Here's what really happened to the Elite-Tek product:

Billion fraudulently registered and stole the Elite-Tek trademark from Jason Lau(manufacturer) then blackmailed him and threatened to shut down his business if it would not accept and comply with his demand that he become the exclusive distributor for Elite-Tek products in the US and Canada.

When the extortion attempt was unsuccessful, Billion Johnston then went on a campaign to falsely report that all other existing competing sellers of Elite-Tek products were selling counterfeit goods, which were unfounded allegations.  His false reporting to websites resulted in legitimate Elite-Tek Internet dealers being blocked and taken down by the webmasters.   He tried to corner Jason that if he wont accept his proposal then Jason's manufacturing business is over.   Jason had no choice but to terminate its supplier relationship with Billion and terminate the Elite-Tek product line because Billion had effectively put Jason's company out of business for manufacturing Elite-Tek products and it will take a year or 2 to get the Elite-Tek brand back from Billion. The company then restructured and began manufacturing a wholly different product line to mitigate its losses while the trademark dispute is pending in court.

Billion underestimated Jason(manufacturer) by thinking he would never leave him or terminate their business relationship because he was the #1 seller of the Elite-Tek collars in the USA and Jason was somehow dependent on him because of the volume of his sales so he blackmailed Jason and thinking Jason will concede with his demands.

Jason was very patient with him all the time and he was given all the chances to maximize his sales of the Elite-Tek products.  In fact, he was even given a special privilege by Jason by giving him exclusive rights to use the elite-tek.us website which is the official website of the Elite-Tek products here in the US.  If you do search on Google, his website will come out first which is giving him lots of exposure and sales.  He was also given a huge credit line by Jason and as of to date he still has an accounts payable to Jason worth more than $22,000 which he intend not to pay.    He was also given one last chance by Jason to give up the Elite-Tek brand and to make things right before he terminated his relationship with Billion, but he was being arrogant and stubborn to turn things around.

Billion was very abusive and disrespectful to Jason by not honoring Jason's terms and agreement.  He would undercut his prices to manipulate the marketplace like eBay and Amazon.  If his sales were slow for the day or two and finds that other dealers were selling more collars than him, he would then complain to Jason and tell us to revise our listings so that his listings will outstand over the rest of our listing.

His customer service was also very poor and very unprofessional.  He would call out names to his customer and was very judgemental if his customer has some concerns with their collars.  Since Jason lets him use the elite-tek.us website, buyers would assume Billion is the real owner of Elite-Tek so those buyers who had a bad experience with him will go out and write how bad they were treated by Elite-Tek.  There are many times where I have to explain myself to those customers that  over the web that Billion is not the real owner but just another dealer and doesn't entirely represent the Elite-Tek company.

He is now passing all of his customer's warranty to me because for him, the user manual states that it is the manufacturer who will warrant the user.  Yes that is correct but the truth of the matter is that I am not a distributor, but just a dealer just like him and we have all agreed to Jason verbally that all dealers who sold to that customer will do the warranty repair/replacement because Jason is in China and it would take months to replace the customer's collar if it is being shipped to China.   You can ask any Elite-Tek dealer here in the US and they will tell you that they will honor and replace the warranty for you if you got the collars from them.  So if you got your collar from me then I will replace your collar if it fails within the 1 or 2 year warranty period.

Legally, Billion assumed all liability for Elite-Tek products because he claimed the brand as his own, and he forbid all others from representing affiliation with the brand, and has personally caused the discontinuation of Elite-Tek factory support. Therefore he is solely responsible for warranty and customer support of all Elite-Tek products.

Billion's accusations doesnt make any sense or is very ironic.   If he is the real owner of the Elite-Tek brand, then how come he is passing all of his customer's collars to me for a warranty?  If he is the real owner, then how come he is no longer selling the Elite-Tek collars?  If he is the real owner, then how come he is bad-mouthing the Elite-Tek brand?  Shouldn't he be defending and repairing the reputation and goodwill of the Elite-Tek brand if he really is the real owner?  Of course not, because he doesnt care about the Elite-Tek brand, he only cares on cashing in on licensing fees and wont accept the liability of the Elite-Tek brand even if he claimed it as his own.

Billion is an ungrateful, deceitful, shameless and is an inconsiderate human being.   He reported all Elite-Tek dealer's collars as counterfeit all over the internet including me without thinking the consequences of his actions and has virtually destroyed other dealer's livelihoods including the manufacturer.  He is a self-righteous christian who thinks he is superior to all other Elite-Tek dealers and treats Jason(manufacturer) as his employee and his slave.

Personally, I have no grudge or ill-intention with Billion and has wish him with success in the past.  I have been minding my own business until he started reporting my Elite-Tek collar inventory as counterfeit 2 months ago.  Almost all Elite-Tek dealers have lost their livelihood by Billion's evil actions and all dealers got stuck with the Elite-Tek inventory that we cannot sell.

I have always treated my customers with respect and kindness and I have been a member of the Better Business Bureau since May of 2010 with an A rating.   The BBB A rating shows and speaks that I am legitimate seller that treats their customers right.

That day will come when Billion will pay a hefty price on his wrong doings.
