AFC Services, LLC Magazine sales rip-off Las Vegas Nevada

I ordered a magazine for my daughter on 04/25/14.  She has yet to receive the magazine, and I haven't received a refund.  Three addresses Corpus Christi, TX, on the receipt, P.O. Box 80865, Las Vegas, NV, which shows up in a Better Business Bureau complaint that I filed, and then Michigan City, IN, to which the company unauthorized a forwarding address.  I called the phone number on the receipt and left my name and phone number.  There was no response call back.  I tried an e-mail address for them, and again no answer.  They don't want to be found by phone, e-mail, or regular mail.  I just want the magazine sent to my daughter or a refund.  The complaint was closed.  I don't know why since there was no resolution.  They should not be in business.
