These scammers are a PPL (pay per lead) program, meaning that you get paid for every person that you refer to them and that enters in their info (name and email address) into the scammers' sign up form. That's all there is to PPL programs.

When I first joined them (on 29th or 30th of January 2009, not sure exactly when that was) and I asked them several things that I didn't understand about their "business" they were very kind and prompt in answering back (most of times it took them less than 12 hours to reply) but as I began to approach the payment date and waiting anxiously to get paid for my work, they began not to respond to my messages anymore and what's worse is not that they didn't pay me but they left me with a high Google Adwords advertising bill (I spent around $400 to promote their scam and $400 it's little more than the monthly salary here in Romania).

I should have been paid as soon as I met their set threshold ($150) and also after 45 days had passed since the date I joined. That's all they said it takes in order for me to receive payment. Well, now as I file this report its the 22nd of May 2009 (this is more than 110 days since I signed up with them) and although the balance in my account shows $774,5 they won't pay me nor will they respond to my messages anymore. I even told them that I am going to file a report with ripoffreport.com and told them at least to get back to me so that we can settle this down amiably. But obviously, no response.
