we  had  life insurance ith Affinion since 1998 and wqe were having direct with draws from our hecking acount for years. We were scamed through our checking acct. and was told by the bank to get our checking acct. off line. We contacted all thast were being paid from checking and ask to receive statements. We forgot that Affinion was taking out when we got  a letter telling us that they could not get the money for payment from checking. We ask them to send a statement. They wrote back and said that they did not send statements so they cancelecd us. We have been fighting with them since 2013 about our insurance. My husband had a 200.000 lif insurance policy with them and they have put us through the ringer. They will not cough up anything. We don't know what to do anymore. We could tell alot about what they have done to us.
