My Automobile Insurance company Decided to pay my rental car reinbersment check to my wifes ex boy friend. They accept his verbal statement that he gave her money. And further more the represenative I talked to is rudely accused that my wife is awaiting her second reimbersment. The vehicle that was in a colission is financed on his credit, My wife makes all the paments on this cehicle through my bank. There is a promisery note where the X boy friend relinquishes all claim and right to the title of that vehicle. I pay the insurance Preimum, And the vehicle was rented off my bank account by my wife.
Now the reimbersement check was sent to him. At an adress we do not live at. At the same time he has absolutely no claim to the vehicle is not on the insurance. Has never been on the insurance. Has never rented a replacement vehicle. So he receives My reimbersement check. And although the insurance agent admitted it was an error brought on by theeir line of questioning to my wife that they misunderstood him to be the vehicle owner and felt obligated to issue him a check. The believe his statement that he gave my wife the money. So now they are one again saying my wife is simply awaiting a second check.
An open accusation of Insurance Fraud , and on top called with him on three way offering to put us together on the phone and let him give another recorded statement that he has paid money to my wife. I consider that truely unprofessional and a form of harrassment to offer to put an x boyfriend of my wifes on the phone to explain to me on tape that he gave my wife money when my wife has been wondering when we will receive our check .
A month ago the insurance company was made aware of this situation And they say it was to late to stop her ex boy friend from cashing the check. I will accept only the satisfaction now for a check of equal ammount sent to me immediately .
Im in disbelief any one would send a check to an ex boy friend and say well sir he claims he has paid you. This lack of professionalisim will not be tolerated in any case. Further more the BBB is my next stop as well as the media. The lawyers office is next

These guys are relentless to cover their errors. They left my wife voice mails to contact them in reguards to the second refund check she is trying to attain. I can not believe they mailed out a chec to a convicted felon on probation and expect his word to be bond that he says he cashed the check and paid us . Wow the violation of privacy the sheer insults to their paying customers. They have boldy gone where no one has ever taken their business ethics before.
