started 3/28/2012 when I saw the Acura coupe on your website and you had it on sale for $3995.  For a Book valued car at $2000 you were already were over priced at $3999 but the Acura seemed to be solid after I test drove and clean so I offered $2995 and told the salesman I need my payments no more than $150 month because I was disabled and on a fixed income. My salesperson talked with ? and came back to me & said you could make my offer work, deal.. So far so good! I told him I would be in tomrw morning with my down payment and pick it up. Next day I returned to your car lot with my down only to find my salesperson was convientley out sick. I showed them the paper with the deal you agreed on and the person helping me took it to the office and I waited outside for aprox 40-50 minutes. The another salesperson drives up to me driving a 4dr 94 legend that was a piece of s**t and stated to tell me that you AFFORDABLE made a mistake yesterday and there was no way you could sell me the 94 coupe for that price, for the deal we agreed on, it was missed priced. (sale price was already over $1000 over book) I told him BS you need to honor our deal from the day before. He went back into the back office and another 45mins stalling me knowing my pain was increasing and my thinking decreasing and then yet another salesperson says no way you could sell the already over priced car for the deal made the day before. They made a mistake!!! Again I stated BS and followed him into the office. He went to management I guess and aprox 35 minutes later yet another salesman, mgmt, who knows? Don't remember name calls me into back office and again says you cannot sell the Acura for $2999 my offer (of $1000 over book) By this time my disability which is my back and legs due to injury and surgery pain was getting bad and I was not thinking I just wanted  and said f**k it I like the car I will give you your original advertised price of $3995 he said it was missed priced (mistake) scam#2, and was not sure what price but give him a few minutes. So $2000 above book still not enough profit for you crooks I mean AFFORDABLE, Affordable for who? I never keep cars that long usually a couple yrs. at most so I was willing to jump to the advertised price because I liked the ACURA and I got a ride to your lot and planned on driving the Acura home and that's what I wanted especially because of pain I was in by that time. I had my dog with me so him & I waited and walked around sat and BS'd with your salesmen. Mechanics. Scammers in training? for yet another hour passes and whoever he was called me back into the office and told me $5995  Aprox. 4000 dollars over book value. I don't know what the hell I was thinking other that I had been there so long and pain was bad I wanted to go  home in my Acura when and the only way it could work was making my payments a hundred more per month than I wanted. Again I should have left but pain was bad and my thinking I could rough it with the high payments for awhile, like I said I don't keep cars that long. He said he would do the paperwork and was not sure if he could find me financing through a bank or loan company he would have to work on that later and if all failed in house financing. In your case I have always called it creative financing. (SCAM #3) My credit is not good and thanks to Credit Concepts is now even worse. Well another 40 minutes & me about dead with pain, my puppy had had enough car crap I probably would have signed and agreed to anything to get the h**l out of there. And I did. The second day I had the car I stopped by your lot because you said or a mechanic there told me you had ordered a drivers outside door handle and it should be in by then. Again I dont know the name I looked for my original salesperson  because I wanted to tell him about the deal that was not the a deal and I had got his cold also, he was not there and the salesperson told me he wasn't sure he was coming back and was the handle to be fixed listed on the sale agreement or as-is sticker because  if not listed it would not be free. Told him XXXXXX and that I would get one from a junk yard. SCAM#4  On the way home one of the rear tires blew out, not went flat blew out!  Being disabled had to call road service and pay to have it changed to the spare untill I could get another tire accept the spare was also bad and I had to be towed in. $65 road service 30$ towing and I could not afford to buy a new one till the following month. (Paid once a month) When I got home a total of 9 hours ,(SCAM #4) what a long deal. I called you and told whoever that two days barely and a whole 46 miles I had put on the car in two days I thought Affordable might offer a new used tire and whoever I needed to talk to had gone home for the day but he would give him the msg. Les Schwab said the tire was rotten probably been around setting for awhile and they noticed that one of the front tires was separating and I should have it replaced ASAP they did not want me to leave their shop with the tire the way it was I had to talk allot to get out of there without buying a brand new tire because in all their stores they had no my size used they checked but told me they would try to find me one. In my stupid mind I think well of course two days , Affordable will take care of this for me since I was dumb enough to agree to their high price anyway. Well I waited two days and no word from Affordable so I called again and again convientley the person I needed to talk to was not there but they were sorry and would have him call I guess I should not give any car dealer the benefit of doubt of being honest I have to remember all car dealers especially USED car dealers are thieves and liars or they cant make money. Seen it before and know some and they are but you guys really got me.  Years ago before I got disabled it would not of happened I know better and I feel stupid that I let you! Then 9 days another tire blows the one Les Schwab warned me about and not the first yet and I had no cash being on a fixed income no extra cash for tires when I had not even had the car a month. Another tow bill!!!  I was pretty upset when the tow truck driver got there and he felt sorry for me being disabled, just got car and only charged me $20 bucks.  My credit use to be good so I used my history with OK tires and talked them into waiting for two weeks till I got paid . Thank god they are nice and honest. Sold me a new tire for $50 but only had one and the owner thru in a donut spare he had laying around for free. Made it another 6 days when slowly going over a speed bump at the park BOOM another tire bites the dust. Still no word from you...Then guess what the last one didn't blow up until Les Schwab dropped it from rack height and usually the tires bounce when sent to the floor the tire went Boom and scared the hell out of everyone. They wrote me a letter stating that all 3 tires that they replaced and the spare were aged and weathered from sitting around with air in them to long and they feel they were unsafe. Anyway no contact from affordable but as-is you know especially used dealers not dealership. Live and learn. I wasn't brought up that way that's why I was dumb enough to think AFFORDABLE might actually care so I made my Payment and called You one more time to make sure it got there on time to avoid late fee if it wasn't there on the first as Credit Concepts told me calling me harassing me on my due day. Called again on the 2nd I told them I paid online and was informed it was late because they deduct $9.00 to pay online. That's sure is an convince for their customers not in Eugene, B S.  Well here comes my payment due and still no word from you UN-Affordable Auto and of course a guy calls me on the first and same story pay. I told him get Un-Affordable Auto to contact me and I will make my payment. He stated that was not his problem, I told him well it is now he said I would be in Default of the loan.. No s**t Sherlock any way I did not make it as for I had not been able to get contact with somebody at Scamming Disabled People with Bad credit Is Us I mean Un-Affordable Auto. Then around the fifth or so of August  A man identifying himself from Credit Concepts knocks at my door and says he needs to get money or make arrangements to pick up car I told him I was going to make a payment I just was trying to get some contact with you to work this rip off out. He said he would help as much as he could to work it out if I made my payment and he would move my due date up to the 15th and bring the account current and he would have you contact me. I gave him $300 cash he wrote me a receipt showing me due 10/15 for my next payment. A week or so goes by and Credit Concepts & Identity Theft Inc. calls and says they want the car I'm in default I said What????????? They show no payment made and.. well I stopped his spiel short and said f**k you f**k affordable you both are scammers!!!!!! Well that leads up to this last week when I received a letter from Credit Concepts of scams notifying me of Identity theft and a employee stealing info and at least my payment. I called them and was informed that a employee had been fired and even if he had not he would not have had the authority to do what he said he was doing and my receipt was basically worthless since he had been fired before my payment and anyway I needed to work it out with YOU. What was this another scam unfolding??? By now nothing with you or them would surprise me screw the disabled man on a fixed income is our motto!!!!!!!! I have made Police reports with 3 f**kin counties but screwed and out of luck again. It has been a great experience doing business with Un=Affordable Auto Scam and slam wholestealers. Also I have had to put a Fraud alert on my already shitty credit Report.  I contacted DMV and without giving my or your name asked why it would take 3 months to get my DMV stuff and they said it would not and is Illegal to take more than 30 days and two weeks is usually the longest and they would like me to give the dealerships name so could investigate and most likely fine the dealership at least or possible suspension or termination of the dealerships license depending on their investigation results. The investigator I talked with said he hated to say but these kind of things usually lead to a dealer washing out of state branded titles or similar discrepancies. Again he asked me to release your name so they could investigate why my registration DMV paperwork shows 3 months from sale. I explained that being disabled is always a fight to get Medical and etc. even though it was ordered to be done by Workmans Comp and the insurance carrier and I don't want to fight for everything and per my legal council the least costly time and cash would be for me to return the car to you and get my deposit back and stay away from crooks like you and your financers. Eventually I will be unable to walk at all and I do not want to fight or ever do any kind of business with you and yours but if I wanted he felt I have a valid claim and have paperwork showing more than book paid on car and most likely the courts would rule in my favor but my council is a friend and he knows I'm tired and do not enjoy being disabled so get my down back at least and use this as a lesson.
