I found this huy's contact info on a listing signage on a real estate site.  I was interested in building a home on a lot near the watre.  After several months of speaking we met on the lot and he siggested that before I buy the lot we draft up architectural and engineering plans and specs.  He asked for $1500,  I paid hi by check and ater a month, nothing else happened.  He ssent renditions but they were not what i showed him I wanted.  He then he was offended and wished me good luck with nothing produced.  

This guy said he was given control by the lot owner to have control.  I contacted the rela estate agent and they said that wasn;t true.   So I advised them that he was a sham and to be weary of his tactics.
