I called the office a dozen times monday with no answer. I drove to the location to ask for the new patient offer of free initial xray and consult. I was told that did not apply to walk-ins. I inquired of the 155 extraction fee for complex extractions and was told my wisdom tooth would be 275. I made the appointment for Wednesday to comply with the new patient policy...
I inquired why they did not list all their fees and is it really a complex extraction if the tooth comes out without difficulty ?
The tooth was out in less than 40 seconds.
They tried to charge 380.
They informed me that I did not qualify as a new patient, total discrimination and cost inflating because I did not require other services.
Apparently there is no code of conduct valued here, would not trust them for anything else.

How is this discrimination???? I have hard time believing they extracted a tooth in less than a minute -
