they had a rep at my house saying i would be the advertising home and that i can't tell my neighbors about being the advertising home. they did this big thing with scary stories in it to get me to feel i needed them they told me all this stuff to con me into using them and ADT. well they offered the same deal to 3 other people in my neighborhood and they told all of us the same thing about being the ad home. this company comes and trashes all these systems out there and convince you to go with there stuff, well my neighbor went with security networks and they gave her a awesome system that does so much cool stuff and i told her about what affordable home security told me about the 2 gig system and she laughed. well i was not laughing because we checked the system out and its just as safe as the crap they talked me into. I'm stuck with a old out of date system because they lied to me about the other systems out there. moral of the story they lie to you and they try to scare you into there system don't fall for it oh and she pays less than me for a system that does so much more than what this crap thing does

the person who filed this report (bobby s.) is an ex-employee that we were forced to terminate do to repeatedly lying to his customers. the most common offense was telling his customers that were signing a 3 year contract that they could cancel at anytime. this of course was not the case and caused multiple complaints and confusion for the consumers that trusted him with there decision about which company to use to protect there home and family. us being the terrible company that he is accusing us of let each one of the customers that were lied to by this individual out of there 3 year contract, eating the cost of equipment and the commission paid to said liar. he has since been employed by at least 3 other alarm companies in the short amount of time he has been gone. if this person is talking to you about signing a contract of any type read every word very carefully, and proceed with extreme caution.
as for our company we have been in business since 1997 and have been an accredited member of the BBB with an A+ rating since 1999. we have installed tens of thousands of alarm systems with ...very... few... true... complaints, each of which was resolved to the level of BBB standards. if you have any questions or concerns please contact us at 817-652-3345. we have several hundred hand written positive comments from our real customers and would be happy to supply you with as many references as you can call.
