Purchased a used boat from Affordable Marine and was told boat has been completly serviced and everything works on the boat whereas the owner just spent $2000 on it. Trailer was to be completley rebuilt for $1750
Trailer was $2150 when I picked it up,
Brought the boat home and new tire and rim just about fell off on way whereas they forgot to tighten the lugs.
Power Pole did not work at all cost me $450 to repair
Batteries were gone had to buy new ones $240.00
Teleflex steering is leaking badly
Check engine light keeps coming on
Electronics does not work
Fuel water seperator was not changed (half full of water)
Nav lights not working
All coast guard equipment was removed (was supposed to be included)
Swim ladder was taken off boat (just left bracket)
Wireing that was done was very substandard (ground wires fell off and boat died at sea twice)
So Far I have spent over $2000 to try and get the boat up to standards and now I have to take it to a Suzuki dealer to find out why the check engine light is on
Affordable Marine (John) was supposed to send me paperwork on work completed he does not answer phone and has not sent any information as we agreed

This dreamer thinks we work for free he went around US and bought the boat from the owner, no profit in this sale for US. He then wanted US at our expense to turn his cheap boat in to a new boat at our expense, not going to happen. You get what you pay for and since you did not want to pay a fair price you can do all the repairs or pay to make your 20 year old boat up to your standards.
