Yeah right! Do not do business with them! The owner is the biggest scam artist I have ever met!

Here is my story...My husband and I purchased a car from them Dec. of 2009...We made payments until Dec of 2010 when my husband lost his job and I was not working for a year because I had a baby.  We did the right thing, called and told them we were going to be late to please make a note....Again February 2011 I called and repeated the same thing, I was told by their receptionist that when I had all my payments to bring them in....My car got repo'd March 14th....We spoke to the owner FELIX and he disrespected us by saying we were HIDING from him and HIDING the car (mind you they picked up the car at the address they have on file)...I begged him to let us get the car back and for no one to get our belongings out...he finally said to pay $1100 for what we owed and $1600 for the repo...I went in to pay and realized everything from the car was gone....I had to go to the tow truck place and pay $250 to get my belongings. While there the owner told me that they were looking for the car since SEPTEMBER 13. Mind you, I have all of my receipts from all my payments....I later find out the DMV puts rules and regulations on what can be payed and he has overcharged us by $1k. He dissapeared and I continued to ask for a copy of my contract to see if I signed that part of $1600 and no one could get me it.  I had to call the police dept and they told me they are called there 5 times a week!!!!!!!

Needless to say I am taking them to small claims, I am getting my money back!

You said repo'd while making payments, you admitted you did make payments for 2 months, then they repo'd the car??????

If you had the money to get the car back $2700 dollars why were you not making the payments on time.

The DMV cannot put limits on how much they can charge for the repossion, First their is the adminstation fee, also they an charge whatever the want for the storage of your vechicle per day

re you go waste more money you better ask for the break down of fees that equalled the 1$1600 dollars, The fee for the repo might only bew $1000 and the other $600 was the storage fee
