We purchased a copier from these people that worked for precisely 2 weeks.  We paid for the copier in full ($1295.00), which included a one year service contract.  We were quoted $200 per year after our first year for service.  All of this sounded great, but little did we know the copier would break down in 2 weeks!  We have had a LOANER since ours broke down 6 months ago, and the LOANER doesn't even work!  We have had to go to Kinko's to make emergency copies, and Thomas Farrell guaranteed he would reimburse us for the photocopies that we had to make.  He never did.  We still don't have our copier.  We have called numerous times, and have heard every excuse in the book all the way down to "my car broke down on the freeway last night".  This would have worked the first time, but it has been 6 months and we still do not have a working copier!  We are now in the process of filing a police report since the amount is enough to be considered grand theft.  We also must file a claim in small claims court to see about getting our copies reimbursed.  We are a non profit organization for CHILDREN, so it's hard to believe these people would rip off a children's organization in this way!

We are disgusted with the lack of service, the shoddy quality of merchandise, and the complete lack of professionalism "Affordable Office Equipment" has shown us.  PLEASE do not purchase anything from these crooks!  Had we seen the other reports about this Company prior to purchasing, we never would have purchased from them!
