I noticed a leak at the interior of the bottom of a new door I had installed on the driver's side. When I arrived at this place, I noticed there was a space available for me to pull into, as a shutter door was open, to have my car checked, and I needed to pull in anyway because of the leak due to the rain that day. Mauricio told me I couldn't stay parked there and made me go out into the rain, meanwhile water was still coming inside the car, and once I pulled out, he pulled another car into that space so I couldnt pull in again. He said I couldn't park there. When I went inside, I spoke with him and advised him that he wasn't being professional and he kept telling me he had nothing to do with it. I showed him a video I took of the leak, and he just shook his head saying he wasn't responsible and had nothing to do with it. I waited for a while, meanwhile I called Better Business Bureau and when I left I went to another location called Dimension Auto where they fixed the problem. Mauricio Forero's attitude was very unprofessional and aloof. At this point my car was flooded. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to use this location.

AUTHOR: RICHARD - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, November 05, 2015

It is always concerning when we have any complaints from a customer as we pride ourselves on customer service.  Our business is based on a good reputation and on word of mouth from previous customers, so to have a negative report is disheartening. We are familiar with this misunderstanding and wish that there could have been a better resolve. When the customer arrived on our location we were in the midst of shuffling cars around frantically due to torrential rain. Rain is an inconvenience where we are responsible for the condition of all of our customers cars, and often they need to be moved around quickly to avoid damage and delays. If a car has already been sanded and is waiting for paint and it begins to rain we need to get that vehicle indoors as soon as possible. For the customer to pull into one of our covered bays immediately created two problems, one we could not get cars inside that needed to be, and two if any damage were to occur to him or his vehicle in our garage space it would have been our liability, customers are not allowed in the shop, it’s a liability issue. Thats the main reason he was asked to pull back outside. He was not told we could not help him, or that we could not fix the issue at hand, but this is how asking him to move the vehicle was perceived. After the initial interaction it was very clear that no resolution was going to be met that day. This is not the type of impression we like to leave with any customer, no matter the situation, and we would have liked to have had the opportunity to take care of the situation.

Sorry

Richard
