Affordable Water Systems Liars, Incompetent Work, and they try to charge you extra for their errors! Internet, Internet

These people pretended to know what they were doing when they installed my Aquasana water treatment product.  Mike, the technician,  told me they issue a one year warranty on their work. "Call anytime and we will come out and fix the problem."   Additionally when Mike came to estimate the installation he  claimed that he had installed this system before.  The next day when he came many hours late, he, was here approx. 4 to 5 hours on a job he estimated at 1-2 hours. After installation, he then took pictures because he claimed it was the first Aquasana system he installed. 

After installation, my daughter noticed that he installed the prefilter in the post filter placement and visa versa.  She is a high school student and it was clearly documented in the literature where each filter belonged.. Both the prefilter and post filter were ruined by the misplacement and coated in charcoal because additionally,  he did not purge the system prior to installation as per the manufacturer's explicit directions.

  At day 45, I notice one of the pvc joints he installed leaking a tremendous amount of water.  Nothing was done to this pipe and it is in a very protected area.  They had the audacity to bill for a return service call.  I not only suffered a tremendous loss of water which risked flooding and damaging my foundation, but a huge water bill in the 20 hours it took for them to come out and service the problem.  So, instead of a competent installation and a company that stands by its work,I received an aggravating experience, lies told to me, and subsequent problems.
