James Maenza Jr started off well.  Tore town four layers of roofing with five other guys, with James also on the roof.  James Maenza Sr even showed up to see his work...after all they are all roofers.

They knew that it would be raining the next day.  Next day, I have a puddle in the sun room.  It came from the chimney they did not properly protect.  James came out right away.

They came and finished the roof, total of three days, left some scattered debris, but cleared most of it.  I was watching and picking them up myself.  James was paid and that was the last I saw him.

Since there were four layers and now there is onlyone layer of life time shingle, the over hang has a gap of close to two inches from the roof to the vinyl siding. James tells me this is ok since he has put a flashing behind it...how about a bird making a nest??  James acknowledged that he should return to do something about it.

Well, that was Five weeks ago and many texts and unanswered phone calls.  When he answers he says he will come but does not.  When you text him, he some times answers and asks you to call him  WHHHAAATTTT!!!

Now, with every rain, I get the gutters over flowing.  There must be left over shingles clogging up the gutter.

With the last rain, my sunroom is leaking again.  Really worrysome, since the roof and chimneys are all flashed and shingled.  There will be mold growing soon. James has not responded.

I look up James Maenza's state credentials.  He sates in his card that he is licensed and insured.

The state website states that his license has expired in 2005!!!
