my scenario is the same as earlier reports, received glossy brochure followed up by several phone calls, speaking with a male identifying himself as Dave Chapman and on 21 02 08 we transfered funds to AFL Arbitrage Systems Pty Ltd bank account continued chasing up for some results and access to web site to watch the trading to no avail our suspicions growing called again today 23.04.08 reception confirmed company change of name advised will send out password for access to watch trades!!! there is only $256 left in the betting account!!! internet research has revealed others concerns and unfortunately we now need to join with others as we are feeling uncertain of what to do.

A group of us investors of AFL/Kent Woodhouse in NZ and AUS have got together and have made an important discovery re how to get our refund money returned to us. You can contact us by following these steps:
Do a search on Google of the name "Kimbilie"
You will see a link to Kimbilie's myspace page right on top of the search results list
Click on this link and it takes you to her myspace page where she has written a blog called MY RIP OFF REPORT
Click the link next to it which says View More
It shows you the copy of Kimbilie's ripoff report. If you keep scrolling down the page, you will see a number of comments and the first one has been posted by Tina which gives her email contact details.
This is how you make contact with the rest of the group, as ripoffreport does not give out email addresses or any other contact info even if you put it in your report, due to privacy reasons as per their policy.

Hello,
My Name is Patrick, and Unfortunately I have been sucked in buy their sweet talking as well as a good return and paid them $11900 on May 2007. Since my venture began with AFL/KENT WOODHOUSE AND ASSOCIATES, I've had nothing but false hopes since watching the story on A Current Affair and finding out what has been going on, I have been really upset by the way hard working ordinary Australians have been treated thus the reason for this email.
I am wounding if you have taken the next step of starting legal action against Jeff Kent and his company? I really think the only way we have a chance at getting at least some of our hard earned money back, is by coming together and forming some kind of class action against KENT WOODHOUSE AND ASSOCIATES.
I have no legal experience what so ever but I've been doing some research and have spoken to a few Solicitors in this field and they too even recommended this process. So if you are interested in filing a class action or if you are already involved in some kind of legal action I would very much like to be involved. If you wish to speak further please do not hesitate to contact me on the below information.

We have been contacted by AFL Arbitrage and assured our account is progressing sucessfully. It has been our own personal error in interpreting the statements and not Kent Woodhouse and Associates Pty Ltd.
We are waiting on the new month statement to substantiate this system is making money.
I have posted this update to comments to RETRACT our original concerns. We are happy to continue with AFL Arbitrage Systems now Kent Woodhouse and Associates Pty Ltd.
We are now working toward having the original comments deleted from this report.

I am amazed you joined in Feb 2008 and you have more money in your account that I had in mine after seven months. These guys have alot to answer for...what do you reckon? Do you think they have dodgy calculators or they are just full of it.
This is so shameful on their part, telling us lies everytime we questioned the status report closing balance. I would shake my head everytime I got a new one. Mind you I only received four statements out of seven months.
Wonder how long these SALES GUNS will keep going?

First, do a search of AFL Arbitrage as well as Kent Woodhouse on ripoffreport.com and read EVERY report that comes up as well as ALL the consumer comments attached to the different reports. The only way we can have any hope of getting our hard earned money back is by continuing to fight this injustice, because the more victims that just write it all off as a foolish mistake and give up and walk away, the richer and bolder these scumbags will get. If you Google KIMBILIE, you will find a way to join forces and help yourself. The worst thing you can do at this point is to give up hope.
