 I ordered a shirt on August 22. After about a week and half the purchase still listed as "processing". I sent an email and got no response. I waited maybe another week, same status. I sent another email, no response. The status finally changed and now stated they were processing for size. Sent another email, no response. I started searching for more info about the company and found a posting from a woman who had ordered from them and encountered a similar wait, before being sent the wrong shirt. I emailed again, and, after receiving no response, contacted the BBB. The following day the status updated to shipped. September 18 I received a package. The package I received was not my shirt, but a different shirt, just as the woman had described in her post. I sent another email and got no response.
