AG Commercial Capital was contacted in July 2012 by a broker to transact a real estate loan on commercial property. We were given a Good Faith Estimate and after a month of miscommunication and delay finally the green light to proceed. We had to remit $4500.00 to AG Commercial Capital for so called money towards commercial appraisal and closing/doc fees.  We sent them a check for the $4500.00 in Mid July 2012. As of Jan 30th 2013 it has been almost 7 long months and there is no funding or even appraisal ordered and the excuse after excuse and delay after delay has made this the most painful expierence and the biggest headache ever expierenced. We were then told we had to do another Good Faith Estimate as the other was out dated and this was a new one....

They will not book phone appointments with you however say that when they call they have been unable to reach you.

They commit to calling you, emails being sent and just plain communicating with you and doing business with you, yet it has been over 6 weeks and there has been nothing.

When the customer has to call almost every hour on the hour and still gets nothing-Or the excuse of "the person sending the email is out sick so it will go out by Tuesday" Then the following Wednesday nothing so after more calling and hounding and emailing they then state "we meant the following Tuesday" then after that following Tuesday nothing.

When you the customer request your $4500.00 refund due to AG Commercial Capitals ability to perform and complete communication with you and they then send an email that you loan has been denied. WOW!!

Now I am fighting with them to try to see my $4500.00 again! Wish me luck and do not ever do business with this company it is the biggest SCAM ever and it makes the world of finance and real estate lending have a bad name. 

When this process started with them it was July 2012 and the loan they were paying off was due in October 2012. It is now Jan 30th 2013 and NOTHING... If you hear AG Commercial Capital RUN RUN RUN!!
