ordered a free sample of this skin product. cancelled because it did not agree with me. next month ny credit card was billed. when i called i was told it was for the sample. two weeks later another shipment was sent. i returned the sample and the shipment. the month of may my credit card was charged again. they credit my credit card for march but not may. when i called i was told to return the merchandise. no merchandise was received other then what was returned. i thought a sample was to try but that is not what they are saying i did pay s&h for the sample. i want the fee off of my credit card . i have already lost the s&h for the sample plus S&h for the returned product
