just to reiterate on the reports already filed. I ordered this creme as a trial offer. 4.95 was the shipping cost.I received my product 7 days later. company states you have 15 days to try our product and then cancel if your not satisfied or change your mind. well don't actually have 15 days you only have about 6 -7 days to try product and to make matters worse it may take your a few days to authorize payment which in my case took 4(no fault on banks part) so in actuality i only had about 4 days to use product. which i was unaware.

I called customer service and they were rude and short. I spoke with supervisor and he was the same.They offered no refund not even partial. they weren't sensitive to the fact that someone could be totally misinformed or misunderstand the cancellation policy. All they did was say they canceled my order for future shipments.I believe a company such as this with Angelina Jolies backing is a sad representation of her and her products. I would never order from them again. The way you get treated is terrible.

Buyers beware. After reading further disputes i cancelled my credit card because i was afraid charges were going to show up next month as stated by another consumer after she cancelled. Please do your research and check all the fine print and ask questions before giving out any of your banking information. its shameful that these companies take advantage of people that sincerely want to try a product and don't mind paying for it if everything is clear cut.
