Our agency has been using agentinsider.com since Nov/2011. The Lead quality is Horrible. They will send you a supposed "Real Time" lead. You call the prospect to offer your services and you get replies of " I submitted that request over a Month ago" or "I'm Not Interested". So you attempt to get "credit for your bad lead. Sometimes you get an instant credit others are"PR" pending review based on what you typed into the comments section of their credit screen.

Then a few days later you look at your dashboard only to see that the lead you requested credit for was "D" Denied, But there is no explanation as to why the credit was denied.

So I call scustomer Service to find out why my leads aren't being credited to my account. Iona the first customer service rep I spoke to was very rude and had an"I could care less" attitude. She explained That Agentinsider.com a product of insweb.com uses other lead generation companies to fill their volume. She explained that sometimes the other lead generation companies send them bogus leads. I asked "you don't verify the leads before you send them to your clients who pay YOU money"? She replied "if we did that the leads would cost $20 a piece" I told her that we are not getting any explanation of why a lead credit was denied. her answer" no lead company will do that" I told her that I would like to terminate our account, she said no problem. then she said i could have the denied credits reviewed again. I asked why didn't  you say that in the begining. She said "because you didn't let me finish talking. I asked  to speak to someone else.

In comes Chris- Supervisor. I went over the same thing again with him and how horrible Iona's customer service was. He attempted to explain their crediting process.
If you report a lead as Old Information the lead will not be credited if they(agent insider) cant get a hold of the customer after multiple attempts- If they can't reach them How am I supposed to reach them.
The Same goes for if you put "Customer says they are not in the market for Insurance" If they cant get ahold of them to verify they are not in the market the Lead will not be credited.

Don't wast your money on Agent Insider leads.
