Agent Leads, Agent Leads University, Big Lead Gen Inc. will not stop, cease, and desist after I canceled my contract on the same day, 7 hours later. No services were ever received! No services were ever received!

Agent Leads did receive an initial rescind by email 7 hours later, and hard copy rescinds cancelation, and termination of both the contract and business relationships have been sent by USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number. 

The loan servicing company received a rescind fax on the same day and is also receiving a hard copy rescind by USPS Priority Mail.

8-hours later on the same day, the same Sales Agent Mike called me at 8:15 pm Mountain Standard Time, acknowledging my rescind email through Corporate leadership, and agreed "to let me go because I did not want to do their lead program."

On the Agent Lead sales call, the following information was NOT disclosed:

1) A 3rd party Facebook Ad is required with a minimum of $10 day and a recommended Facebook spending of $15-20 day. This is not revealed until you fill out their online Fast-Track Form on a follow-up telephone call with a second person;

2) The Facebook Ad campaign is limited to one geographic city, and I would NEVER have agreed to this contract with this constraint and limitation. This is disclosed when filling out their online Fast-Track form on a telephone call with a second person;

3) The Truth in Lending loan disclosure does not have the total cost of the loan (The Total Loan amount that includes APR)

4) The websites https://agentsleads.co & https://bigleadgeninc.com were not revealed on the sales call or in the contract. Refund policies are on these websites; however, these refund policies are NOT in their contract. The contract language does not specify that you specifically agree not to cancel and there is no place to initial that you are agreeing not to cancel, and what the consequences or obligations are to cancel the contract.

5) The Google Telephone number and their only contact number of 888.528.9560 only takes a voice mail message and tells you that you will receive a return call within 24 hours. This means there is no live support.  This is not disclosed in the sales call or contract. I left a message for Josh Rhodes, CEO and he has not returned my telephone call or emails.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THESE SERVICES, until after these issues are resolved. If you do purchase services, please be sure you send a "Reject Arbitration Statement" to the loan servicing company so that you can hire legal counsel and take them to court.
