Russ employs every trick in the book to draw you in and the sells you home or rents to you properties you never intended to buy.  He is a class "A" schister and if you do business with him, just expect to get ripped off.  Just to give you an idea, he lists properties for rent and for sale and when you call on them, his staff and he tells you, “Oh that one is not available but we have this other property you might me interested in.”  Of course, the property he switches you to is holds half the value for twice the price.  It's a classic bate and switch technique used by used car salesman to rip off unsuspecting, honest people.  And when it's all said and done, he takes no responsibility for his actions.  He blames others and he has trained his staff to do the same thing.  You call on the phone and the office tells you, "Gee, we don't know why they do not take that property off."  As if they are helpless against the machine.  It called a straw man...  Like pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.  In the end, it is Russ, this sick, greedy, slim ball who will take your money and laugh all the way to the bank.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SNAKE !  YOU WILL REGRET IT !
