Agent Travel Network Ripoff unauthorized monthly charges from my bank account, telemarketing scam St. Petersburg Florida

I received a call a few months ago. I was offered free airline tickets to give a survey on travel and if I did a free trial offer of this travel company I would receive the tickets. The lady took my information, but said there would be no charges done until I received my starters package, reviewed it, and called back to confirm that I was interested in the deal. I never received a started package. Luckily, when I was first offered the deal I asked for their number. I called the company back two weeks later, told them I wasn't interested and wanted to cancel whatever I signed up for. I was then given a confirmation number of my cancelation. I never received my free airline discounted tickets either! However, my account is being charged a monthly fee of $19.95. I am on a tight budget and it seems every time this charge goes through I don't have sufficient funds and also pay NSF charges to the bank. The bank says they cannot stop it because the company has my number. I have to close my account if I want this to stop. That is what Desert Schools Federal Credit Union has informed me to do. I want my money back! And I want others to not go through this. I need help. I am being ripped off and the bank is allowing it.
