I'm sorry that you feel that badly about the service and I wish we were able to give you a better experience. We do however offer a guaranteed amount of leads on each account, in your case that would have been 40 but I suspect you saw much more than that. I'm not sure how long you were on the program for but it's a pretty common rule of thumb that you must test any marketing platform at least 90 days before you can gauge the true results. At that point, you can usually tell if it's worth your marketing dollars. We take pride in our customer service and would love to get feedback on your experience so that we can improve upon it. Our $299/month package is just for one zip code, that can also be referenced on our website: agentzip.com. Because of the minimum spend and the fact that some areas have a lot more action than others, we do not guarantee a number of leads. We do, however, provide an average which is 5-25 leads. Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds after 48 hours and once your campaigns have deployed. There is no way for us to get the leads back but we will not tie you down to a long-term commitment like other companies. Had a very similar experience with AgentZip.com. Total scam and a money grab to rip off realtors who don't know any better. I've had success with RealGeeks, so I know I can convert leads. AgentZip took the money, underdelivered and never responded to calls or support emails.
