SWEATSHOP CONSULTING FIRM: LOWEST OF THE CONSULTING FIRMS OUT THERE

Here are the scam artists running this s*** hole.
Owners Dinesh Gupta: A crook and a cheat banned from doing business in India and America. He runs the show in the background using his wife as the Face of the business

Sunita Gupta: A housewife and face of this company, who has to live with him. She appears to be kind hearted but is blind and mute to all the malpractices Dinesh Gupta is involved in

Nishu Gupta/ Shah: Daughter of Dinesh Gupta. This b**** thinks she owns the world and has the biggest ego you will ever see. Last known she was consulting for Fremont Bank.  Her contribution is to teach consultants how to appear for interviews and lie on the resume by putting in 5-10 years of fake experience

Sanjay Shah: The loser husband of Nishu Gupta and  Dinesh Gupta's pet dog.This loser was last consulting at AAA and was on bench. He spends his time teaching consultants on how to lie on resume and prepares them for interviews. Sometimes he will give those interviews on behalf of consultants who cannot lie to save their lives. He trains consultants to lie and shows AAA work documents during the time he was there 

Kevin and Michael Bedolla: Lawyers employed by Dinesh Gupta. This father and son duo are the legal arm of Dinesh Gupta and handle everything from H1B filing for consultants to sending them legal notices when they try to quit.

Marketing team: A bunch of cold callers. They look up job postings on Dice and Monster and give it to consultants. They have to do this as there are no direct clients. 

Recrutiment team : Dinesh Gupta earliery had 2 additional operating names  Kuber Infotek, 4Dimension technology . Recruiters all on Dinesh's payroll would make multiple calls to candidates saying they represent  one of the firms above. This would increase their chances of luring these candidates to join this sweatshop.  

Modus Operandi

Recruiters target fresh college grads who are finishing up at colleges. They charge security deposits of varying amounts in the name of training and Placement  from their own training firm  TrainPro School of  IT which is nothing but Nishu Gupta and Sanjay Shah teaching you how to lie on your resume and then while you are the job.

Even if you land on a project (which is extremely rare given that they have a lot of folks on the bench and no direct clients) you will not be paid on time. They will only pay you after the Midclients/ middle layers pay them which means the first paycheck you will see is 60 days after you start. Medical insurance at your expense will be provided 3 months after you start.The promised bonus'es and billing rate increases after every 6 months is never honored in the name of slow market/ midclient's not paying them more.

When you can no longer take this and try to leave , the b****** Dinesh Gupta threatens to take you to court for stealing his business secrets (read : faking experience and lying on your resume)

I sincerely hope and pray this family goes bankrupt/ out of business  OR someone from DOL /USCIS/ Homeland Security forces them to shut shop for good. The experience I have had was so bad that I decided to go back for good. Even if this is the last option you have, I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere OR rather go back to your home country. These crooks are playing with the lives of fresh college grads who have no idea of the kind of crap they are going to get into.

Last heard they are trying to branch out into a Travel Agency .. LOL from a  consulting firm to a travel agency Agile Worldwide services something.
