Agility Group Lies, Broken Promises, Irresponsible, Too Young, Bad Pay, Bad Hours, No Benefits Denver Colorado

First of all, this is a direct-to-consumer sales company.  This means you are hitting the streets trying to sell products to people in businesses and people who are just walking around.  Here are some of the major cons of this company:

1. 6 day work week. The only day off you get is Sunday.

2. You will easily work 60-80 hours a week.

3. Lots of walking around and driving. Be prepared to run your car into the ground.  Also be prepared to ruin every pair of shoes you own.

4. No benefits of any kind and no holidays or days off.  Your earnings (cash) come from what people on the street pay you, and most of that goes to your boss and for gas, food, etc.

5. You MUST have a car  and a cell phone, or you won't get far.

6. HUGE turn over.  Most people won't last a week in this job.

7. If you have a relationship with anyone, don't even bother applying.  You won't ever get any time to see them.

8. You will never have time to do anything. Ever.  Say goodbye to your social life or any chance to go to the doctor, fix your car, etc.

9. Be prepared to get severily burned out mentally and physically.  Your immune system will hate you.

10. If you don't save money for taxes, you will really hurt yourself financially. You will be a 1099 contractor. Be prepared.

My finace has been working here for over a year, and every promise they ever made him was never carried out. The company tries to make it appealing by telling you that you will be your own boss with your own office is about a year.  They also show you people who  have made it who make millions of dollars a year.  The really good ones get to go to Jamacia or Costa Rica once a year.  There are lots of incentives to get you to stay.  What they don't tell you is how hard you will work, how burned out you will become, and how fustrating it is, and how much your family will doubt you.  They also don't tell you that only 10% of people in this line of work actually make it.  

The main company is called Smart Circle, and they have hundreds of satellite offices all over the US that are run by young (20-30 year old) people who have no idea how to run a business.  The owner of Agility Group is the most irresponsible self-important person I know.  His stock room is a mess, he is always late, he never upholds his promises, and he negelects to tell my finace where he moved his office to.

If you ever get a call from Agility Group or any company asking you to do direct sales, RUN AWAY!  It's not worth it. You'd be better off in retail.
