I wanted to buy their ACE script. I asked the salesguy (Danial) many questions which he answered quite well and promised there are no problems with the script. He never let me know about all the bad feedback/reviews (who would?) that they get because of all the bugs that appear in the script later, and all the past experience they have with unhappy customers. I searched google and some were good and some were bad. I asked for example companies that use the product and sent them messages asking their opinion, because my gut was telling me many of the good reviews were created by Agriya employees making profiles. It turns out later that I confirmed this.
After PayPal started reviewing the transaction (because they have had problems before) and the customer rep was telling me to ask them to skip that step of review (of course). I didn't, but by the time I got home, it was too late to cancel and I received messages back from other companies that bought the script telling me not to buy it (Skeyon.com for example, who has spent time and money ironing out bugs) You can see what I mean if you try to use Skeyon.com...you can't even create an account. Of course the bugs that Skeyon was fixing for example are "not Agriya's fault", its because they "created the bugs" by modifying their script. Even that is besides the point....there is not a happy customer out there that I know of after all my research I should have done before purchasing.
After he sold me the product last week, at a discount, he couldn't give me a single example of a company that continues to use their script without bugs and having to be supported by either them ($$$$) or some other bug fixer. Their script is a demo so you HAVE TO modify it, and once you modify it, anything that goes wrong with it is "NOT THEIR FAULT." The bugs are there before but appear after users join the site so you have to come back to them and pay them more $$$ to fix it. I told the salesperson over Skype that if I will think about it and if I still wanted a refund the next day, he would refund the money. The salesperson responded "OK". (as copied and pasted below).
Here it is just a few days after the money going through and I am asking for a refund...but not optimistic they will cooperate in this basic exercise of any business because he refused once this morning, probably because in these few days they planned next years budget with it. I won't be surprised if they just try to keep the money, like the theives everyone says they are.
I have not even installed their product because I am afraid it will waste my company's time or even crash our servers. Like I said, I am asking for a refund and I hope they will give it otherwise I will have to escalate the problem. When you can't find a happy customer of ACE after the fact of paying, you know you have been scammed. The only way for Agriya to show they are confident in their product being bugless is to refund my money, otherwise it is just an obvious attempt to push something on someone that doesn't want it. Usually companies respect their customers desires (customer support), because they understand this is better for business in the long run. Not these people, they'd rather trade and run!

This is for your reference regarding the issue
The clients purchased the script only after complete walk through with all the clarification has been done via Skype. The client was satisfied with the script and only then he purchased.
The payment has been under review by PayPal to check if it is genuine transaction and it took some time to get cleared in our account. Once the payment was cleared we delivered the source code via download link and it has been downloaded by the client as well. Since the complete walkthrough of our script has been given without any flaw with client acceptance it is very odd to see this client claiming for refund with fake claim.
The client reason for the refund is that one of our client who is using our older version with their own developed bugs in the script. We have clearly mentioned in our license agreement that there won’t be any support for which the client modified or reengineered our script on his own. This is mainly because they may not well versed with our coding structure and still there are many clients who have customized successfully on their own. Despite our proved facts client keeps blaming our script without any proof. He clearly mentioned that he downloaded and tried using our script and he even acknowledged that he was unable to run this business.

The client informed that he will come up with bug list if he face any for further support but he never turned up with any issues despite our support follow-up to serve him.
Everything has been updated properly in our license agreement and it has been acknowledged by this client. The client feedback is best for any business but many of them are using it in wrong way to overpower others for their own growth.
Client has already chargedback the amount paid for ACE product in PayPal. The money was deducted from our pay pal account. Kindly find the screenshot.
