Agus Sakti Crooked Online Marketer Internet

You should be very leery of purchasing from Agus Sakti, or any online marketer located in Malaysia, Singapore or Indonesia. I've had a lot of trouble dealing with marketers from these areas but Sakti truly is the worst.

It goes like this. I mistakenly bought a second copy of a PowerPoint animation product sold by Sakti. When I realized the mistake I wrote him and explained the problem including a copy of the receipt from PayPal. Sakti wrote back asking why I wanted a refund. I had explained this all in my original email.

But that wasn't enough. Sakti wrote to me again telling me that I needed to provide the PayPal receipt to get a refund. I wrote back explaining that I had already sent him a copy of the receipt but including another copy.

Next Sakti wrote back telling me he didn't deal through PayPal. A total lie, especially since he'd already asked for a copy of the PayPal receipt. Since then he has gone silent despite a number of emails from me.

Agus Sakti is clearly a marketer without a conscience. I will never buy another product either sold or promoted by this crook.
