I went to American Home Consulting Inc. for a Loan Modification and was promised they could do a loan modification for me. I was advised by Ruben Salazar and Luis Molina from American Home Consulting Inc. that I would need to pay an upfront fee for their company to assist me with my Loan Modification. I explained to Ruben Salazar and Luis Molina from American Home Consulting Inc. that I did not have the fee amount they were requesting of me. So I was offered an alternative option that once they would completed my loan modification I would have to pay then $10,000.00 at the end of my Loan Modification process. I agreed because I wanted to save me and my family home and Ruben Salazar and Luis Molina was the main person I was always dealing with from the company. They also was so nice and helpful in the beginning of my process until I was not approved by the lender. Even though American Home Consulting Inc. told me that I would be approved according to the lenders qualifications. I was very upset and did not know what me and my family was going to do.

I was advised by Ruben Salazar and Luis Molina from American Home Consulting Inc. I did not have a choice but to sell my home since I was not approved for a Loan Modification. I was persuaded to sign to sell my home by Ruben Salazar and Luis Molina from American Home Consulting Inc., which I did not really want to sell my home, but I felt like I had no choice.  Ruben Salazar and Luis Molina from American Home Consulting Inc. is currently advertising my home for sale.

I have other family and friends that I have referred to Ruben Salazar and Luis Molina from American Home Consulting Inc. because I thougth they were a reputable company and was really trying to help people that was in a situation like mine. Instead I became a victim along with my friends and family that I referred to their company. I should have been concerned when I recently referred a family friend to they company and I gave them the website www.americanhomeconsulting.com and I was told later that the website was no longer active. I have always heard about companies that was out their that was taking advantage of home owners in a distress situation, Especially on the Spanish community, but I did not think this company was one of them since they were a Latino Company asisting other Lations in a desperate time of their lives to save their homes. I feel like such a fool that I trusted Ruben Salazar and Luis Molina from American Home Consulting Inc. to the point were I invited them to my home for dinner with my family. I would advise any one if they come encounter with Ruben Salazar and Luis Molina from American Home Consulting Inc. 220 Old Country Rd., Mineola, NY 11510 to run in the other direction.
