I just got a call from Mike Schults from ocrate.com. He was my loan officer who was dealing with HomeRescueProgram.com or HomeRescueProgram.net. Seem like they are filing bankruptcy and the guaranteed money back if our loan does not go thorough is gone. This really sucks as Mike was a referral from a good friend who also invested with HomeRescueProgram.com.
Karla Bonilla was our initail conditions specialist and then Yonnine Hawkins took over a few weeks back. What crazy is I just spoke to Yonnie last week and she said all my paperwork is ready and they are going to send my PDF to our loan company. She was going to call me today and follow up.
Crazy how many frauds are going on with Loan Modification. Back to squre one for us. Seems I should have dealt with the bank from the get go as they warned me about all the frauds.
Just a heads up for everyone. Keep an eye out for these 3 people below.
