AHMSI illegal foreclosure and wont modify loan HAMP dallas texas, Texas

AHMSI have been trying to illegaly forecose on me and wont work with me either i applied for i applied for HAMP and they've turned me down twice because they say i'm unemployed and now i've finaly got back to work they are still trying to foreclose. My original mortgage was with option one mortgage and then they sold my loan to AHMSI and when talking to these people on the phone they can hardly speek english and everyone i talk to say's a differnt thing about mortgage etc;
i hired two companys know to help negotiate the loan the first one was sbc group out of california i seen there add on tv about help with mortagae contacted them by phone andf they asked if i was behind on mortgage payment i said no and they bsaid for 3000.00 dollars up front they could get my mortage lowered and to quit making payment's so i could qualify for HAMP and that started it all i got behind on payments and theb they said that they couldnt do nothing for me now i'm behind on payments.  So i hired another firm called TILA solutions and they did securitization audit of loan and that brought AHMSI to enter in forebearence payment plan for three month's and i made all payments on time and they are threating with foreclosue again because they said i was still uneployed now i'm back to work and TILA solutions is still trying to get me the loan modification and there still not working with me this is realy agrevating i'm looking at all these cases about illegal foreclosure there breaking the law and getting away with it
