Justin Aiello of Aiello's Custom Homes has no communication or organization skills with building multiple homes at one time; he needs a project manager and to stop thinking he can do it all on his own for he makes a ton of mistakes and YOU, the consumer, pays for it! Wrong colors, wrong sizes, the "upcharge king" as he is known for in New Oxford and York. Tell anyone he is your builder and their response is "oooooh, good luck".
He is hardly on the job site, he cannot keep the same sub-contractors and they all complain about him. He claims the consumer makes changes, yet its because he didn't listen to begin with when the consumer over and over again told him what they wanted. Then he looks at you like you are crazy and we never spoke of such things.
He has a "canned" contract and while you speak of what you want and he agrees, he does them and then upcharges you from original contract price. Do not trust this guy and do not build with him. He will cost you more money than you deserve and his experience is next to NONE. He talks a good talk but in the end you are the one that gets ripped off!!!
