 Bait and Switch "Unlimited income potential" "Insurance Sales" I applied for a Human Resources Position; indeed.com job posting "Union Benefits Coordinator" I got leery when I received an automated email from lisa@ailsga.com on a Sunday afternoon inviting me for a mass interview at their West Covina office location stating "to dress professional" etc Usually at this level position this is not pointed out plus legit companies do not send you interview invitations on a Sunday. If anything, they'd call you. So I googled "ailsga" and lo and behold they are nothing more than an insurance sales office. Classic bait and switch. Unless you're looking for a "career" with "unlimited income potential" in insurance sales, this is not for you. For reference, here's a cp of the email I have received. Chances are, when you're looking at this report you have received the exact same email: "From: lisa@ailsga.com Good Afternoon, I received your interest regarding our Union Benefit Coordinator Position we currently have available with The Yanukyan Group. After review of your Qualifications we would like to invite you in for an interview with Mr. Yanukyan on Tuesday August 18th @ 10:00.
