 I am writing you in hopes that you can assist my mother and myself. We had to vacate our apartment due to the high rent $ 1333.00 approximately not including our utilities gas and electric. I am a disabled individual 60 yrs old and my mother is 79. I could not afford to pay this kind of rent anymore because our funds had almost became deleted. We live on fixed incomes of $1025.00 for myself and my mother lives on $1300.00 plus $185.00 retirement. Due to my various health issues of which you can check with my doctor, Dr Dunleavy, 1515 W Lake St # 101, Hanover Park, IL 60133  #(630) 483-3200. So early in September we had to move closer to my sister where she could help us out. Since then, I was in touch with them and below is what their reply was. We$ 350.00 for dog paid, $1000.00 security paid,  $200.00 administrative costs,a fee to hold the apartment $500.00 until we moved in. I will attach my rents for the last 10 or so months. We also had to pay $30 for dog a month, $10.00 parking space and a separate bill for sewer, water, pest control and $ 5.00 to sen this bill. Maybe now you can see why we went broke and now they keep sending me increases over $5ooo.00 because I could not afford to live there anymore. I do not if they keep the money they got but I can not afford anymore. They have completely emptied out my pockets. PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE.

 I’m sorry to hear about the circumstances you face, unfortunately there is not a medical clause in the lease to release you or your mother from the obligations of the lease agreement.  So you are aware if arrangements cannot be met for the balance it would be sent out to a third party collections agency.

I sent a written notice to vacate the premises and asked to be sent a " notice to vacate". Due to unforseen circumstances and health conditions my mother and I could not afford to live there. I have a copy of all my rent receipts that go into the $1000.00's of dollars.

Due to my unforseen problems I moved out of there so you could rent it again . What you are doing me and my elderly mother is proposterous. How greedy can you be? You have taken advantage of us from the start. I had no idea what you were getting me into, so as of right now I am homeless along with my mother and living off relatives.

I went on my payment portal and there was nothing there today-no payment history---I do have hard copies of what I paid that never went under $1330.00 monthly plus paid my own utilities electric and gas. A lot of prices were quoted wrong--I dod correct. E.G.  $350 down dog refund+30.00 monthly. parking $5.00 monthly-actually $10 monthly. Rent they charged $1269.00 monthly yet they listed $629.50 monthly. Lies, please help me. PLEASE
