I ordered an airbed controller from Airbeds Unlimited and paid with PayPal. The webpage showed the transaction complete, I immediately got a receipt from PayPal, and order confirmation from the vendor. After the item was past the promised delivery date, I sent several emails to Airbeds, with the PayPal receipt attached, to ask for shipment updates. I made several calls to their customer service number, during regular business hours, but no human ever answered. The company failed to respond to any of my emails or phone messages. I requested a refund from the vendor, but got no reply. I finally filed a complaint through PayPal, and after 2 months, received a full refund. I am convinced that if I had not paid through PayPal, the company would have taken my money and not sent the item I bought. My advice is not to deal with Airbeds Unlimited for anything. This company seems like a total fraud and my not even have any merchandise to sell.

Customer placed an order for a $69.00, Air Pump, remote control. We explained to the customer that we were expecting a shipment of pumps and remotes, in the next few days. Before our quoted 7-12 day delivery window, the customer filed a Charge Back with the merchant account. The customer never sent an email regarding cancellation of his part order, just the notice of chargeback. Once the charge back process begins, the refund is taken out of our hands. The bottom line is, the customer received a complete refund. We could have charged the customer for cancellation, which we never formally received, but waived the cancellation fee. Customer has no right to "Slander" our company by saying that we are out of business! We are in Business and have been Since 2004!
