this company is totally fraudulent

they take all your detail, personal, linked in, drivers license before you can book, then say that they cant verify you

they mislead on site to say no booking can be made without verification but they took my card and deduct full payment for a booking which they say they cant give me because im not verified

they are taking peoples private detail, then saying they cant verify and deducting vast amounts of monies off peoples cards and saying there may be adelay in refund, even though you never authorise them to deduct payment as it says on website you cant make a booking until verified

its a total scam

no phone number

do not use and do not give them your detail

report to everyone - they are dangerous and taking all your detail and monies without any bookings
