My aircond unit was just dripping water when AirCare Solutions number was given to me by a girl friend who found their address in a flyer!
They came in and wanted to change the unit OUTSIDE, but I told them it was a new unit and I would have to claim it to the company that installed it less than a year ago.
They imediately said, "no, its ok - its running".
Then they started with the "mold" thing and installed a UV whatever for $422.65 (good for my allergies - he said)
Then they "sanitized" it, which is just some air-freshner $125
Said it needed FREON   $ 75 ($214 TOTAL)
Then they drained the pan (which still is dirty and needs cleaning) $ 187.25
And gave me 5 years of service agreement for the fabulous cheap price of $ 261.08 instead of the normal $508!!!!  tHEY MAKE it seem like you are getting a DEAL, when its NON-REFUNDABLE.
Total $ 1.100 AND DIDNT FIX THE PROBLEM, which will cost me $400 MORE!

I felt violated when the aircond started PURING WATER, instead of DRIPPING!
i CALLED and they sent someone else who told me that it needed TO CLEAN THE COILS - it was not done and it was an extra $400!!!!  OF COURSE I AM HIRING ANOTHER COMPANY WITH REFERENCES, after I saw they are SCAMMERS!  LYERS AND THIEVES! They were very nasty on the phone! Big difference while they were taking my money.
I called them to cancel the service agreement and they told me to READ THE PAGE in the back - IT WAS NOT REFUNDABLE!!! have a nice day!!!
