I should have known there was something wrong when they only quoted equipment based on SEER rating and not by model units. They tried to bait and switch air conditioning system on me by making me think I was getting a top level system when they were really giving me the value line product. Do not let their prices fool you, they are cheaper because they are selling cheaper product. Get Model number for both Condenser and Air Handler. No getting a better air handler alone does not make it a better system. Also originally told me they could sell me much higher SEER rate system for only a little more. So I decided to go with the better SEER and found out that the company does not even make a system in that size or SEER unless you go up to 5 tons. Wow what a scam. They offer all the free upgrades and they end up charging you for everything or upcharging you for the system you originally thought you were getting. Also found out they are not giving back rebates even though their "technician" tell me the systems are fully qualified for rebates. Called for rebate information several times and they keep saying that office manager is not available and they will take a message. Don't hold your breath for a call back. This only make me think that they pocket the rebate themselves.
