Air Ductor Solutions Take your money, not perform services, ripoff Rolling Meadows, Illinois

Air Ductor Solutions is lame, lame, lame. Did I mention they're lame?

If you're looking to hire a company that schedules an appointment, takes your money, doesn't show up and then makes you jump through hoops to get your money back, then hire these clowns.

However, the reality is...please, please, please ignore all reviews that gave Air Ductor Solutions any stars or good recommendations. They are false, untrue, unethical and completely manufactured!

We purchased a Groupon for a whole house carpet cleaning from Air Ductor Solutions. We scheduled the visit, confirmed the appointment and the day before the visit spent several hours moving furniture making it easy for their team to clean the carpets in our house.

The day of the visit, my wife took the day off of work to let the folks from Air Ductor Solutions clean our carpeting. About an hour after they were scheduled to show up, my wife called to ask when they would be showing up. We were told that they no longer were cleaning carpets and were very sorry they did not call us because their computers had crashed and all customer info/phone numbers had been lost. Then they told us that Groupon would refund our money.

When we called Groupon, they told us Air Ductor Solutions had already validated our Groupon - meaning they had told Groupon that they had performed the work. As  a result, we could not get  a refund unless this lame company contacted them to let them know they had not performed the work.

Now, the fun begins.

After a week of constantly calling and being told the owner was not in the office and would call us back,  but didn't, we received a call from a "manager." He was very nice and get this...offered a credit for other services along with refund. He told me over 600 people had purchased a Groupon for carpet cleaning and did not know why Air Ductor Solutions had decided to discontinue carpet cleaning even though they continued to cash in the Groupons and schedule carpet cleaning appointments. 

After days of calling Groupon and the unethical owner at Air Ductor Solutions finally admitting they NEVER performed the work at our home, Groupon refunded our money.

So the moral of the story is...RUN, no, SPRINT far, far from Air Ductor Solutions in Rolling Meadows, IL. They won't be in business long, but during the time that they are, please disregard ANY offers/coupons/Groupons or discounts they offer up. Bad people, non-existent service, horrible owner and they WILL take your money without EVER showing up to perform the work paid for in advance. 

Oh, BTW, the State's Attorney General has been contacted and will be reviewing our complaint.
