AIR GENIE i have been charged way over 7000 dollars and still no ac that works, owner wont return call FORT MYERS Florida

  i called this air genie a/c company after week after week listening to the owner's gene slade jr's radio show ,selling his com. as one of the best, i called for a cleaning , they came and just like what the ex employee that worked there 2 years said, he was in an earlier ripoff report about this co. they pulled out my ac in about 100 peices all over my drive way and proceeded t tell me that if i didn't buy this ultrviolet light system i was gonna hve big problems with the unit in the future , and basically scared me to death about how i am poisoning my grandaughter with my air, anyway , i agreed to it because it was only 118 per month they could get me financeing, that following monday they were there, i had called in the meantim saying that i wanted to back out or do only half it ( which was an option they had said) but the tech told me it was already purchased  sthey installed i. of course i can see no difference but i get my bill and it was $7000 dollars, , its wasy 4800  plus fifnance, came to 7000 , well i have been paying on this for 11/2 years, the bill is down to 5800 but i have had them there at least 3 other times for cleaning and each time i have had to buy something, $500 fan motor, 350.0 for this, long story short, i walk into my house and its 81degrees everyday, it does cool off at nite by 11pm or so, but my point is , these lights cost 29 bucks each, i have got with 3 other a/c co. each 1 has told me this is the biggest scam going, those lights do nothing a few squits of bleach will do. i have spent and still owe a lot of mony and now i cannot even aford to get a new unit, they say i need a coil now well thats $2000 bucks and i can't even get the owner to call me back, i have left 6 messages, i want him to take these lites out so i am at least off the hook for the balance of those lites, then maybe i could get a new unit or somthing , i feel like i have been taking full advantage of, and this guy is on the radio every weekend spuing his lies, please donot use this co. that so called disgruntal employee that worked there for 2 years, was telling 100% the truth.

now i have no choice but to take my last 400 dollars that i have left on my lowes card and purchase a window unit with it, this was a very pricy lessen i have learned, if you are a woman , rent a guy if you have to when it comes to this company, theor techs are nothing but high pressured sales man that belong at a used car lot.
