Air Kickse - airkeckse.com I ordered shoes from them for my son. They sent the wrong shoes and refuse to exchange them for the correct ones advertised on their website. I have done my best to resolve this DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM THESE GUYS! THEY OVERCHARGE FOR SHIPPING AND WHEN THEY MAKE A MISTAKE; YOU LOSE! internet

My son wanted Air Jordan I Retro shoes for school, but virtually no one carries his shoe size (13) in the retail trade.  I googled Air Jordan shoes and the website for Air Kickse came up.  I am not mispelling the company name, that is how they spell it. 

I have ordered through other companies in China before and have had good luck, but when these shoes arrived they were the wrong color.  I contacted the company and was told the shoes we ordered did not exist, and it was a mistake they were on the Air Kickse website.  I asked them to exchange the shoes at their expense and they refused to do so.  I exchanged emails with them for about two weeks and then gave up on trying to figure out what they actually meant as there is certainly a language barrier rather real or intentional. 

I was charged $48.99 per pair for two pairs of shoes plus $37.00 shipping.  You don't find out about the $37.00 shipping until it's added to your credit card.  The actualy shipping cost was $15.00 so they make good money on that too.  My total was $134.98 or $67.49 per pair; not exactly cheap for not getting what you want.

At this point I don't want anything from them.  They are a dishonest company.  Every solution they came up involved me buying two more pair of shoes from them with a reduced cost in shipping, maybe the actual charges, great deal, huh?  I have the email string if anyone wants to read it.  These guys are not a good company to deal with.

I am filing this ripoff report because if I can save one American the trouble I have had, I will be happy.  Do not buy from these guys, there are many other websites that sell the same product and they at least MIGHT be honest; I know these guys are not.
