 My name is Michael Sutton I live in Tyler Texas and my house burned down in September of 16 due to failure and solar panel set up by air wind and solar and Sonva Industries and since they've burned my house down they fell to stand behind what they told me and they try to say that it's not their fault but it is their fault because they are not license with a license tdlr my insurance company stated that they were suing them for the failure in the system that burned our house of the ground we lost everything it was a total loss cannot clean my property up still to this day because they are stonewalling me and do not want to get the things to care of and take care of what is right I'm trying to find an attorney that will represent me and suing these people the fire department said and the fire department Fire Marshal's Office stated that they do not know a lot about solar but did show me where the fire originated from and I have documentation that states that they've tried to bribe me they've did all kind of damage to my property on top of trying to bribe me to sign their papers so they can get the other part of the money from sonnova sonnova refuses to talk to me I have had tons of investigators on my property stated that I mean to Sue sanova and air wind and solar because they did not do their job right they did not put the things in that they were supposed to my system didn't even have a ground wire to it and also that it was power surgeon is the reason it caused the fire and burned our house down if I would have been home me and my children and my wife may not have survived
