Airbagit.com Sold a towkit, wouldn't exchange because it was wrong, then changed website to state part wouldn't work. Mesa Arizona

Purchased a towkit for a 2002-2008 dodge ram 1500 Rumble Bee. I went in person to purchase the product Monday evening. Was told it would be ready Weds morning.  Was Not.  Thurs morning, Was Not.  Finally Friday morning i got it.    The tow kit was for a dodge ram 1500.  Not a rumble bee and no way could it work.

Called the company and went back in person . Was told a 35% restocking fee would be kept by them.

After a coulple of phone calls, they said they would credit my card back.  That was 2 weeks ago. Went in person today, was told the kit we returned had been damaged, and no credit would be issued. After another employee came in to talk, couldn't understand what he was trying to say through the curse words, i left with no towkit, no money, no credit, and a complete lack of respect for this company.
