I rented an apartment on Airbnb. Upon arriving, I was questioned by the tenants as to whether I was an Airbnb user and If so, I was in violation of the apartment’s rules. Needless to say, my vacation was ruined. Instead of living in fear of eviction or being cussed out, I rented a room at the Viceroy. I found out that Airbnb knows The Shores apartments are off limits but continues to let the apartment renters post. The management and multiple tenants reported the unit I rented as a repeat violator.
